New Orleans (or as we say NOLA) has given me a lot of great things this year. So I can basically say that NOLA has been good to me. From great blogging conferences to social blogger get togethers I have had so much fun, and not to mention that I have met a lot of GREAT people too. I have given a lot of thought to what I wanted to write about this week without being mopey. And what I want to talk a little bit about is the customer experience. I am a consumer and trust me there is nothing worse than an unpleasant customer experience. Having said that I can only say great things about all the brands that I am rocking in this post. They made me feel like I mattered, they were engaged, they expressed interest in me, and they wanted me to leave with the best impression possible about their product, or what they were selling. This week as I was browsing through a trunk show and after telling the designer what I was looking for she asked me a few questions and then completely turned her back at me. She did not help me at all. However, being that it was a  store that I go to often and the girls in the store were always super helpful I returned later and bought three items from the designers trunk show. So kudos to all my New Orleans brands, designer, and retailer, that are on this post. It just pays to be nice.

XO!
