Bowling in Style for Autism

BowlinginStyleforautism

April is Autism Awareness month and the Elle Marie Brand will host its second annual “Bowling in Style for Autism” on Saturday, April 23rd, at Circle Bowl. Proceeds from this event will benefit the McMains Children’s Developmental Center. Last year’s event was great success, and this year is shaping up to be even better.

I met Elle Marie about two years ago, and the minute you have a conversation with Elle you’re absolutely captivated not only by her inner, and outer, beauty, but by all that she does in the Baton Rouge community. She works harder than anyone I know, she is driven, and is completely committed to everything in her grasp. What a lady!

She shared with Foster the Fashion that:

“The ElleMarie Brand is committed to positive community impact. We invite Bowlers and non-bowlers to come out and support a great cause, Bowling in Style for Autism. This fundraising event will help raise awareness for Autism.”

There are over 200,000 documented cases of autism in the U.S. along, and to date there is no cure for it, only treatment. Autism affects children and adults, and impairs communication and social interaction. So what are you waiting for? If you can’t go, donate. If you are free on Saturday the 23rd then I encourage you to have fun and bowl for a good cause. Purchase your tickets, or donate here.

Until the next time!

XOXO,

DC
