One of the brands on my radar when I go to Dillard’s is Catherine by Catherine Malandrino. This is the gorgeous french designer’s less expensive line, as her own label is sold at a higher price. Catherine Malandrino’s Spring 2014 line consists of a gorgeous color-block collection and print dresses. Her Catherine Catherine Malandrino line is classic and work appropriate apparel that includes this season blouses, dresses, and pants in black, green and orchid colors, much like the color of this Amanda deLeon top that I am wearing.

Catherine Catherine Malandrino will be one of the many brands showcasing their new collection this year at WWDMAGIC event in Las Vegas, which happens to be much like fashion heaven. Hundreds of brands showcase their collections by setting up booths with their pieces. It is a great opportunity for bloggers to experience first hand what will be showcased at stores before anyone gets their hands on it, as well as an amazing chance to meet the people that work behind the scenes of some of these well known brands, and labels.

As far as taking these pictures late at night they did not turn out that bad. And my kitty hat may I say that I am glad I got it before my trip to New York because after visiting 3 BCBG stores in NYC none of them had the kitty cap. Hooray for living in the small metropolitan city of Baton Rouge!
