Maddie Louviere, a senior in LSU’s apparel design program, was very busy this week debuting her Fall/Winter 2014 collection as an emerging designer in New Orleans fashion week, featuring bags from local New Orleans retailer Bags on Tees. She also redesigned this tee from Bats on Tees, that are participating in the Big Idea on March 28th on Fulton St. in New Orleans. This tee has all the elements of her collection; the leather, the bug collar, the tab sleeved, and the cropped top.
It’s been a very long time since I rocked the cropped top but the minute I saw this it was a no brainer. It is so punk rock chic that I couldn’t take it. I put some mouse ears on and the rest is history. Maddie’s collection is so beautiful I can see myself wearing everything, check it out here.
